In Uptown Charlotte, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art has kicked off their Family Day series. Three days each year, the museum opens its doors to welcome children to create art inspired by artists from their collection. Kids have the opportunity to make art, go on a scavenger hunt, and play bingo by finding works of art. Parents can view modern art in a variety of mediums such as sculpture, painting, drawings, furniture, and jewelry.
